What We Do

i-Create was created to help inform and educate individuals, professionals, and business owners. Our entire purpose is to help others to be better at what they do. To that end, we publish videos and articles along with chat sessions for members from WordPress experts with a passion for teaching others. Our platform is further supported by excellent and prompt customer service. Our site members regularly provide us with resoundingly good feedback, both solicited and unsolicited.

Refund Policy

Should you encounter technical difficulties while joining the sessions or working on a website project, we will do our best to rectify them. Since then i-Create platform works on a profit-share basis and mentorship model it is difficult for us to process any refund, this is why we ask you to understand the platform well before you proceed to join.

Copyright

All presentation materials are copyrighted by their respective owners unless otherwise noted. It is unlawful (and downright rude) to distribute materials without permission. Don’t do that. You are, however, welcome to use and share stills, slides, and text to promote i-Create, our Mentors, or what you’ve learned – provided that you include proper attribution (all in the spirit of open source).

Site Usage Terms

A user account is required to access all resources for your website. You can register as a user during the checkout process.

All services provided by i-Create and its Mentors may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and another statute.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.  Should you violate the Terms of Service outlined within, your account will be canceled without a chance of a refund.

Limitation of Liability

The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless i-Create from any claims resulting from the use of services that damage the subscriber or any other party. In any case, i-Create and its team mentors shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from i-Create’s servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, i-Create shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from instruction in any of the offered products or services.

Violations

Violations of these policies should be referred to [email protected]. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer

i-Create cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. Moreover, i-Create holds no responsibility for any of our client’s activities. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions may result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question.

Purchasing our Materials

By purchasing materials from i-Create, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer.

i-Create reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimers without notification. We also retain the right to adjust any pricing and make changes to our product without any formal notifications.

Other Activities:

Engaging in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that i-Ceate determines to be harmful to its subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill or customer relations will not be tolerated. All correspondence and interaction facilitated by this site or conducted with employees or partners of i-Create and its Team Mentors are subject not only to general norms of good conduct by also to the laws of India and of the several states wherein the Mentors of i-Create and the associates and partners thereof operate.
