Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the iCreate Hub.
By accessing, browsing, or using the iCreate website and platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By onboarding and utilizing the iCreate platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or services.
2. Nature of the Platform
iCreate serves as a facilitator and aggregator. We provide a transparent environment where individuals and businesses can collaborate with expert digital professionals. While iCreate coordinates workflows and ensures smooth communication, all actual project execution is carried out by independent Work Associates and Associate Partners.
3. Payment Terms, Refunds & Disputes (Please Read Carefully)
Because iCreate operates on a zero-overhead, direct-collaboration model, our financial terms differ from a traditional agency:
- Direct Payments: All the payments you make for your project go directly to the respective working resources (freelancers, mentors, and Associate Partners) who are actively delivering your work based on man-hours.
- No Direct Collection: iCreate does not collect any direct payments for project execution, nor does the platform collect or hold funds on behalf of its associates.
- No Refunds or Disputes: Because iCreate is not a party to the financial transactions between you and the working resources, iCreate strictly discards all liability for refunds, financial disputes, or chargebacks whatsoever. You agree that any financial disagreements must be resolved directly with the specific associate or partner you hired. You are paying for executed man-hours, and all payments made to associates are final.
4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
As a member of this community hub, you agree to:
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and transparently (following our core TEA conversation principles).
- Take ownership of your role, whether you are learning, building, or delivering a service.
- Not use the platform for any illegal activities, distribution of malicious software, or violation of third-party rights.
iCreate reserves the right to suspend or terminate the onboarding status of any member who violates community guidelines or disrupts the collaborative ecosystem.
5. Intellectual Property
- Platform Content: All text, graphics, UI, and branding associated with the iCreate website are the property of iCreate and are protected by copyright laws.
- Project Deliverables: Upon full and final payment to the respective Associate Partners or freelancers, the intellectual property rights of the delivered digital assets (websites, graphics, code) transfer to the business or individual who commissioned the work, subject to the specific terms agreed upon with that associate.
6. Limitation of Liability
The iCreate platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to connect you with elite talent, iCreate makes no warranties regarding the ultimate success, profitability, or error-free nature of the projects delivered by independent associates.
Under no circumstances shall iCreate, its founders, or its backend coordination team be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, data loss, or the performance of independent Associate Partners.
7. Third-Party Links and Open Source Software
Projects executed within the iCreate hub frequently utilize open-source software (like WordPress) and third-party plugins (like WooCommerce or Elementor). iCreate is not responsible for the terms, updates, or functionality of these third-party tools.
8. Modifications to the Terms
iCreate reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
